About the Project

The Waves is a project with two towers consisting of 27 and 10 floors, respectively. Within walking distance is the shopping and entertainment promenade, The Walk, and the popular Marina Beach. The idea and realisation of the project belong to the large company, DAMAC Properties, which has been realising luxury complexes in the UAE for more than 20 years. Construction of The Waves was completed in 2006.

There are 247 residences in the two towers, including duplex penthouses with 3-4 bedrooms and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms. The total living area of the residences varies from 850 sq. ft to 3,800 sq. ft.

Each residence features light-coloured finishes, panoramic windows and spacious balconies.
Depending on the layout, the kitchens may be open or closed, but they all come fully equipped with furniture and appliances.
