Branded residences are a result of a partnership between a brand and a master developer, where the brand allows the real estate company the right to promote and sell properties under its trademark. In this case, the developer is obliged to pay a royalty fee, design and administration fees, in addition to any other extra charges.

According to Arabian Business, Dubai houses 58 branded residence projects in total, including 31 completed projects and 27 at various stages of construction. In H1 2022, a total of 3,324 deals were concluded, amounting to AED 161.3B (USD 43.9B). The highest price per sq. ft of a branded property is in AVA at Palm Jumeirah – AED 6,937 (USD 1,888). At the same time, the best-selling developments include St. Regis The Residences, W Residences Downtown, The Address Jumeirah Resort & Spa, Cavalli Casa Tower and SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences.
The vibrant area of Emaar Beachfront is famed for a wide array of branded developments with privileged access to exclusive amenities. For instance, there is Grand Bleu Tower, which is the world's first residential development that came out in collaboration with the iconic Lebanese fashion designer; Elie Saab. It is also worth mentioning Palace Beach Residence, which is part of the portfolio of the prestigious Address Hotels + Resorts. This is the first brand to be launched by Emaar Hospitality Group and sets new benchmarks with its gracious hospitality and exceptional service standards. Other branded projects in Emaar Beachfront include Beachgate by Address and Address Residences The Bay, both of which were launched during this year (2022).
