About Waterfront by Trident International Holdings

The Waterfront is located in the resort area of Dubai Marina, in close proximity to a variety of entertainment venues, F&B establishments, a beach and a promenade.  The project was built by developer Trident International Holdings, whose  head office is based in Hong Kong. Construction was completed in 2006.

The Waterfront features 2–4 bedroom apartments and 3-4 bedroom penthouses. The floor area starts from 1,711 sq. ft.

  • The interior design was done in milky beige colours.
  • The layout provides a closed kitchen, the bedrooms have built-in closets, the large living room includes a dining area, and the spacious balconies can be arranged as a recreation zone.
