Beach Vista is a premium complex developed by the world-renowned Emaar Properties and was launched in January 2018. It is the first residential project launched in the master development of Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour.
The upcoming project offers 375 residential units in total. End-users and investors can choose from a limited collection of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The residences feature a glass façade and spacious balconies.
Homeowners will have direct access to a beach, as well as F&B outlets, beachside play areas and retail pop-ups along the promenade. The construction of Beach Vista is currently ongoing and the estimated completion date is Q3 of 2021.
A one-bedroom apartment of 747 sq ft in the premium residential complex of Beach Vista can be purchased for the starting price of AED 2,813,000 (USD 766,000).
A penthouse of 746 sq ft with the same number of bedrooms is available for AED 2,400,000 (USD 654,000).
Apart from individual residence units, Beach Vista also offers spacious full floor units for sale with an area of 9,204 sq ft which will cost AED 24,000,000 (USD 6,534,000).
Moreover, the master plan of Emaar Beachfront includes a 194,000 sq ft shopping mall, a five-star Address Hotel + Resorts as well as a pedestrian bridge with a cycling and running track which will connect the entire Dubai Harbour development to the iconic Palm Jumeirah.
Besides the above-mentioned attractions, there are two more exciting landmarks set to open by the end of 2021. One of them is Dubai Harbour Lighthouse, a luxury 443-feet hotel, which is a tribute from Dubai to the legendary Lighthouse of Alexandria. It will feature an observation deck with breathtaking 360-degree views of JBR Beach, The Walk, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. The second highly-anticipated attraction is the record-breaking Ain Dubai, which will be the largest and tallest observation wheel in the world and will be able to accommodate up to 1,750 passengers. With 1,100 berths, the grand development of Dubai Harbour will be the largest marina in the Middle East. The cruise terminal in the maritime hub will be able to accommodate two to three cruise ships simultaneously. The marina includes two opening phases and will feature F&B spots, luxury hotels and residences onsite.
