About Emaar Beachfront
Emaar Beachfront is a 0.93 km² complex with embankments and a hotel in Dubai harbour. It will be a closed community with 27 towers, each of which has access to a private beach 1.5 km long.

It was launched in January 2018 as one of Dubai's largest and most respected developers, Emaar Properties. Emaar Beachfront will feature luxury hotels, brand stores and restaurants, as well as a 195-metre lighthouse with hotel and 360-degree view.

Emaar Beachfront is a gated community with the direct access to Sheikh Zayed road. Dubai Marina area is also in a close proximity. The community has a well-developed in public transport (trams, buses, metro), and Palm Jumeirah as the key attraction.

One of the most important places in the area will be a 1,400-berth cruise ship port. Moreover, Emaar Beachfront features water taxi, hired boats and passenger liners, and a pedestrian bridge with a treadmill and bicycle track connecting Emaar Beachfront to the Palm Jumeirah.
