In the value ranking among the top selling areas, Al Khan area is the leader with a revenue of AED 266.2 million (USD 72,484,000). The second and third places are occupied by the trade areas of Muwaileh and Al Rigaibah. Their transaction values were AED 106.4 million (USD 28,972,000). The Al Sajaa industrial area with AED 69.6 million (USD 18,951,000) is the final one.
In the central part of Sharjah, the biggest number of real property deals were registered in Al Thumama and Al Qasimia. They have 6 and 5 deals.
The industrial zone of Kalba City, became the leader with 6 purchase and sales transactions. The largest transaction volume with AED 1.6 million (USD 436,000) was in the Suhaila 31 area.
