Throughout 2021, Dubai-based developer Emaar has continually proved its position as one of the leading real estate companies in the UAE. During the first 10 months of this year the developer has delivered more than 3,700 residential units in some of the most coveted areas in the Emirate, such as Dubai Creek Harbour, Downtown Dubai, Emaar South and Dubai Hills Estate. In total, the master developer has commissioned over 51,000 residential units as of September 2021.

Of course, not forgetting Dubai Hills Vista in Dubai Hills Estate, which was launched in 2021 as well. Designed in collaboration with the iconic Automobili Lamborghini, the development has witnessed a tremendous response from buyers worldwide. In fact, on 1 December 2021, it was announced that a limited collection of 40 ultra-luxury 6-bedroom villas sold out, showcasing the success of the world-renowned Italian supercar brand in its first collaboration in the real estate sector. Scheduled for handover in 2026, the opulent multi-tiered villas will boast private landscaped gardens, swimming pools and parking spaces, as well as spacious rooftop lounge areas.
