The developer of the project is Select Group and The Residences at Marina Gate 2 was completed in Q1 2019.

King's Marina Medical Centre is a short walk from The Residences at Marina Gate 2. At the same time, Armada Medical Centre, Health Avenue Polyclinic, MBF Health Square, Quality Life Medical Centre and Armada Medical Centre are all  a 5–10 minute drive away.

The neighbouring Palm Jumeirah island and Golf Club are about a 15-minute drive away. Travel time to Downtown Dubai attractions, such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera and Dubai Mall, among others, as well as  Dubai International Airport  will take a maximum of half an hour to reach.

Economic Appeal
