of Emaar Properties

Emaar Properties PJSC was founded in 1997. In 2000, the company was listed on the Dubai Financial Market. Today Emaar Properties has 60 active companies.

Since its inception, Emaar showed their incredible potential by developing Downtown Dubai, the ambitious project of a new mixed-use complex launched in 1998. Downtown Dubai is a home to the largest landmarks of the city including record-breaking 828-m Burj Khalifa, world's second largest shopping mall Dubai Mall, the largest musical fountain in the UAE Dubai Fountain and also parks, boulevards, man-made lakes and water canals.

Emaar Properties was also responsible for developing luxury residences and top-class office complexes such as Burj Khalifa Business Hub, The Lofts, The Emirates Hills, The Residences, The Greens, The Meadows, The Views, The Springs and many other developments. Developments in Progress

The company plans to increase the value of the brand by launching new projects. Emaar Malls is about to open the following sites:

  • Dubai Hills Mall, a 2,002,000 sq. ft shopping mall in Dubai Hills Estate, in late 2020;
  • The Time Out Market, an Arabic-style space where you can dine with 16 famous chefs, have fun and shop. It is located near the Souk Al Bahar market in the Downtown area. According to preliminary data, the market will open doors for the first visitors at the end of 2020;
Emaar Properties launches the last high-rise development in Downtown Dubai:

  • Grande Signature Residences will be built in the immediate vicinity of the Dubai Opera building in the prestigious Downtown Dubai district. It is already possible to buy 2-3-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses with flexible payment schedule. Target date for completion: end of 2022.
  • Burj Crown is a 44-storey skyscraper located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, which offers luxury apartments with 1-3 bedrooms with luxury views of the famous landmarks Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain, etc.
Emaar supports and is in fact a trend setter of one of the latest trends in construction in Dubai - development of medium- and low-rise development with its own infrastructure.

Ruba (Phase 2) is a 3-4-bedroom townhouse complex that forms Arabian Ranches III. This is a cozy green neighborhood of elite low-rise development 30 minutes away from the city center. The townhouses will feature three different architectural styles. The handover is scheduled for March 2023.

Emaar Beachfront is the New Elite District of Dubai

Recently, Emaar has begun to build a closed and elite Emaar Beachfront on a manmade island near Dubai Marina. The development area will cover 9,999,700 sq. ft. The hotel, cafés, restaurants, spa, shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as residential complexes, will be located here.
