Marina Promenade by Emaar Properties

Marina Promenade is a large-scale residential complex in Dubai Marina. The project consists of six towers, connected by a podium called Beauport Tower, Paloma Tower, Attesa Tower, Aurora Tower, Shamara Tower and Delphine. The number of floors in the buildings ranges from 23 to 39.

The basis for the project was a similar cluster also by Emaar Properties called Emaar 6 Towers, and the difference is only in the design of the facades. The architects of Marina Promenade were the specialists of Zeidler Partnership Architects company.  The residential project was launched in 2005 and handed over in 2008.
